My client based in Redditch requires a HR assistant to work as part of HR Team, strong focus on work in international environment, previous HR experience is not required but preferable, need very strong Excel skills - other experience with systems and tools is desired, preferably experience in dynamic international environment. Role would ideally suit someone who likes working with systems and tools and has a very profound knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, etc). Would consider candidates from a Finance background. Most of the work in this specific job will relate to management of HR data (input, management, reporting of HR data). Communication skills (telephone, email) are extremely important. Although most of the work is very admin oriented it is definitely not a pure data input job.
